A Feast for the Senses

As December slowly rolls in, Duetto’s kitchen gets busy preparing special dishes for the merriest time of the year.  From the 9th to the 30th, both our Indian and Italian kitchen celebrate this season with contemporary dishes rich in flavour and gastronomic tradition.  One can go for an all-Italian dinner or add some spice by mixing exquisite Indian dishes to their holiday meal.  Prepare to indulge as Duetto serves a “full-filling” meal that will definitely make this Christmas one to remember.

 

Start with a serving of mouth-watering Tandoori Turkey Tikka and enjoy morsels paired with sweet cranberry chutney.  Revel in a luxurious Antipasti Platter of assorted cured meats and stone-baked rosemary flat bread before lavishing a plate of Porcini Mushroom Risotto.  Experience a fine blend of textures and flavours in this unique mix of stuffed morels, goats feta and white truffle oil.

 

Moving on, we tickle your nose and appetite with our list of exquisite mains.  Delight in bites of tender lamb and enjoy dunking pieces of peshwari naan in creamy curry with our aromatic Lamb Saffron Korma.  Those who want their meal light but packed with flavour can relish a plate of Snapper Fillet with Prosciutto, while meat lovers sink their teeth in a Slow Roasted Beef Shank served with black truffle potatoes, oxtail ravioli and Chianti.  For those missing home, the familiar flavours in our Chestnut & Tuscan Herb Stuffed Turkey Breast with caramelised witlof and juicy apples will surely evoke warm memories of Christmas past. 

 

Lastly, eyes aglow like tiny tots as we end your meal grand with our dainty treats.  Enjoy our take on the classic Italian Panettone and frolic in the taste of sweet moist cake served with Prosecco Sabayon.  If it’s ultimate indulgence you’re after then the sight of rich Valrhona chocolate oozing from our lush Chocolate Fondant is one not to miss.  We guarantee, just one bite, and you’ll promise to be good all throughout the coming year.
