Bottega Veneta Opens in Sydney

Bottega Veneta is pleased to announce the opening of its second store in Australia at The Star, Sydney. The boutique was designed by Creative Director Tomas Maier and reflects Bottega Veneta’s defining qualities: timeless design, modern functionality, outstanding craftsmanship, and the use of the highest quality materials. Luxurious and discreet, the store has been conceived and crafted to present a broad selection of Bottega Veneta products, including handbags, women’s and men’s shoes, fashion jewelry, fragrance, luggage, eyewear, and items for the home.

The new store, measuring 180 square meters, is intimate and luxurious. The boutique has been designed from floor to ceiling so that every component, from the handcrafted vitrines to the door handles sheathed in leather, showcases Bottega Veneta’s dedication to artistry and excellence. Notable design features include aerodynamically shaped, vertical window louvers of palm wood and steel, finely crafted display counters, walls covered with ultra-suede, mohair furniture upholstery, and custom-dyed, pure New Zealand wool carpets. Muted, matte neutrals and earth tones comprise the understated palette.

Sydney is the largest and most populous city in Australia and one of the most popular travel destinations in the world. The city’s reputation as a world-class shopping destination continues to grow. Thanks to a recent redevelopment and transformation, The Star, a one-of-a-kind leisure and entertainment venue, now embraces Sydney Harbour and the city skyline. When fully completed, The Star will boast more than 20 restaurants, bars, and cafes, a new luxury boutique hotel and spa, a large entertainment centre, world-class gaming areas, and a luxury retail precinct.
