This year, Goccia and DiVino will deliver their sweetest promises to all the loving couples by presenting the finest Valentine’s delicacies to wow every couple, making this day just as unforgettable as every couple’s first date.

For a memorable Valentine's Day, Chef Fabrizio has specially designed a 4-course Valentine’s set dinner based on the five key elements of love in a relationship - Happiness, Understanding, Desire & Passion and Astonishment. Priced at HK$528 per person, this menu includes:

“Happiness” - Burrata cheese on a bed of broad bean puree served with cherry tomato shot. A refreshing starter that is full of colors and vitality. All ingredients balance each other out harmoniously to kick start a perfect meal. 

“Understanding” is well presented in “Threesome of Pasta”: Conchiglioni pasta stuffed with wild mushroom and ricotta cheese, ravioli stuffed with langoustine and artichokes, paccheri pasta stuffed with wagyu beef cheeks and winter truffle. Different taste, different shape, different character, and yet neither one is overpowering.

Chef Fabrizio uses “Desire & Passion” to present the main course - Duo of slow cooked beef tenderloin and gently deep fried oyster served with truffle sauce, showcasing a perfect earth and sea combination. A dish that is full of character and rich in taste, and more importantly, they complete each other in all aspects.

Couples will end the dinner on a sweet note with “Astonishment” - Passion fruit sabayon with Valrhona chocolate ice-cream. This dessert brilliantly combines the hot and cold ingredients, allowing diners to enjoy the frozen sensation and the warm, velvet-smooth feeling all in one bite.

Celebrate being single at Goccia bar this Valentine’s Day!

On 14th February, Goccia bar will offer an assortment of complimentary Italian Valentine’s bites from 6:30pm till 8:30pm. DJ Kai, the talented Canadian trumpeter will disguise as the cupid and spin the latest hits that promise to keep the winks and clinks going all night long. If you are single, this is your night to shine!

All single ladies will be offered unlimited free house drinks besides the delicious canapés from 8:30pm-9:30pm.
