Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong is proud to present the Southeast Asian Feast from 1 to 31 August 2012 for your ultimate gourmet journey at Café Renaissance.
A great array of fresh seafood delights on ice is presented; including US half shell oyster, Poached prawn, Chilled Canadian blue mussel, Boston lobster, Snow crab leg and Deep sea whelk, served in cycles. A series of cold dishes rich in Japanese flair is also offered. Highlights include freshly prepared Sashimi, mouth-watering Sushi and home-made Maki rolls, all served with a variety of traditional condiments.
What’s more, guests can also enjoy a tempting series of authentic Southeast Asian favourites from Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. Local specialties like Thai salad and specially made Pork rib tea definitely whet your appetite. Other classic Southeast Asian dishes such as Singaporean chili crab, signature Hainanese chicken rice, Indonesian style braised ox-tail, Shrimp mousse lemongrass are also not to be missed.
This Southeast Asian promotion features various new live cooking stations where chefs can showcase their gastronomic techniques, such as Vietnamese fresh spring rolls station and Laksa station. Another must-try counter is the Chendol station where guests can select their favourite tastes and condiments to make their unique Chendol.
Plus, a variety of irresistible desserts such as Khanom chan, Pandan chiffon cake, Indonesia layer cake, Pandan pancake with coconut shred are all traditional Southeast Asian sweet treats to round the dinner perfectly.
