CHI Residences Introduces Green Internal Communications Solutions
Catering to increasing demand for convenient, stylish and environmentally-friendly accommodations in Hong Kong, CHI Residences serviced apartments will introduce new state-of-the-art tailor-made internal communication solutions into all properties to further promote timely, efficient and paperless communications in line with a commitment to encouraging a greener lifestyle.

CHI Smart Communicator promotes the elimination of unnecessary and wasteful hardcopy printing of documents, such as management notifications, residents’ messages and monthly billings, to name but a few. Additional hi-tech, eco-friendly communications enhancements include electronic phone book and service directory, click to call, text messages, visualised voicemail, and the delivery and broadcasting of messages to individuals or all CHI residents. This is made convenient through the use of the in-room plasma screens and keyboard, and will also connect online for internet access.
Currently under construction and scheduled to open early 2013, new CHI Residences 130 Johnston Road, Wanchai has been purposefully designed to encourage and promote a green lifestyle. Each apartment is a beamless structure with very large floor to ceiling windows promoting maximum natural lighting and reducing the need for artificial lighting during the day. Accessible balconies add a further exterior dimension and spaciousness, as well as the shared green landscaping of exterior garden and pool areas.
