FESTIVE BUFFETS AT THE FARMHOUSE

Diners can look forward to holiday classics like Festive Turkey with Bacon and Apple Stuffing, Beef Wellington with Truffle Jus(weekend dinners, Christmas Eve lunch and dinner, Christmas Day lunch and dinner, and New Year’s Eve dinner), Steamed Giant Grouper with Garlic, Roasted Suckling Pig (weekend dinners, Christmas Eve lunch and dinner, Christmas Day lunch and dinner, and New Year’s Eve dinner), Lobster Thermidor and Wok Fried Lobster (Christmas Eve lunch and dinner, Christmas Day lunch and dinner, and New Year’s Eve dinner), and more. In addition to the festive menu highlights, guests can enjoy The Farmhouse’s signature offerings, including an organic salad bar, chilled seafood, sushi & sashimi, cold cuts & cheeses, Cantonese BBQ selections, Indian specialties, and much more.

For dessert, the hotel’s Pastry Chef Kevin Leung has created a collection of sweet treats made using candy from Mr Simms Olde Sweet Shoppe^® – decadent Mr Simms’ Classic Caramel Fudge Chocolate Cookies made with Mr Simms’ rich Caramel Fudge, Mr Simms’ Flying Saucer Crème Brûlée Treats which feature Mr Simms’ colourful Flying Saucers (thin wafers containing a sherbet filling) perched atop a passionfruit crème brûlée, Mr Simms’ Magical Dark Chocolate Coffee Bean Tarts which are sprinkled with Mr Simms’ Chocolate-Covered Coffee Beans, and Mr Simms’ Mega Sour Pip Lemon Cupcakes which are topped with Mr Simms’ legendary Mega Sour Pips for a refreshingly tangy finish.
