Savour a selection of jet-fresh seafood, including sustainable Canadian Lobster, succulent Crab Legs, Ceviche, sashimi and more.
After enjoying the delectable appetisers, diners can indulge in a medley of international seafood delicacies. Highlights include Scallop and Lobster with Spinach and Carrot Purée, Double-boiled Abalone and Fish Maw Soup and grilled delights.
For a perfect finale, a variety of decadent desserts including the Fullerton’s signature Pandan cake and the Chocolate Fountain round out the fiesta.
