Modern Australian Dining with Stunning Harbour Views This Valentine’s Day

This Valentine’s Day, the modern Australian restaurant HUE Dining, with its exquisite panoramic Victoria Harbour views, is the perfect setting to set hearts aflame.

The Valentine’s Day set dinner menu is available on Tuesday, 14th February 2023. The three-course dinner menu is priced at HK$1,080 per person, and the four-course dinner menu is priced at HK$1,160 per person.

Guests will first be welcomed with a series of stunning starters, including a choice of razor clams served with pickled strawberry, tomato and basil vinaigrette; 36-Month Iberico Campo Ham served with fresh pea panna cotta, mint and raw roots vegetable salad; house-made cheese curd with heirloom beetroot, candied walnuts and sherry dressing; or Onion Assiette consommé with fresh tortellini.

To follow, there are four options for mains: onion-crusted “Limestone Coast” Wagyu flank steak served with ox cheek bon bon, mustard potatoes and red wine sauce; Atlantic wild sea bass with Hokkaido scallop, butternut squash and fish roe beurre blanc; “Roaring Forties” tender braised Australian lamb rack with spiced aubergine, potato terrine and rosemary jus; or the vegetarian option with potato gnocchi with Maitake mushroom, pine nuts and aged parmesan truffle foam.

Finish with an enticing dessert, with the choice of dark chocolate profiteroles with citrus jam and vanilla bean ice cream; Pavlova topped with macerated cherries, meringue, lemon balm and verbena; or three cheese selection served with oatcakes, sourdough crackers, apple mustard chutney and red wine grapes.
