Chef’s Experience at Victoria 22 with Celebrity Chef Charmaine Cheung

Victoria 22 has partnered with renowned Chef Charmaine Cheung and will be hosting two sessions of the Chef’s Experience with Chef Charmaine Cheung every Monday to Wednesday during the month of April, excluding public holidays. Guests can enjoy a decadent 6-course lunch with exquisitely created dishes or a late afternoon amuse-bouche, both accompanied by free-flow or a la carte drinks, served in a stunning modern-chic atmosphere.

The Chef’s Experience takes into account each individual guest’s own preference and dietary needs and offers two alternative food preference options of a specially curated 6-course menu: Seafood Symphony and Meat Quartet. Chef Cheung’s masterful skill, technique, knowledge and culinary flair are presented in each of her dishes, most notably in her Poached Hand-dive Scallops with a spinach sauce drizzle, topped with yuzu, micro greens, and horseradish, and in her Duck Confit Rice paired with an unexpected but tantalising choice of shrimp pasta, ginger and sake.
