The new dinner menu features delicate, delicious fusion-style dishes created by Chef John, with openers including a refreshing Japanese Mackerel Ceviche with pickled radish, ikura, grapefruit and cilantro sauce, Foie Gras Monaka with Shaoxing wine jelly, figs jam, caviar and chilli aioli, and Rêveri’s signature Uni Brioche with scallion oil and aged cheddar cheese.
Larger plates offered include Charcoal Grilled Lobster with yuzu uni cream, Soy Marinated Toro and Spicy Ikura Rice with jalapeño and spring onion, plus the unmissable Australian Wagyu Duo with celeriac purée, pickled carrot, kale and bone marrow jus.
Desserts are a hit at Rêveri—enjoy the refreshing Vanilla Braised Pineapple with coconut granita and malibu cream cheese foam and the decadent Japanese Strawberry and Milk Yogurt Roll.
