The New restaurant by Mauro Colagreco at No.1 Duddell Street Central

A brand-new space designed to defy your imagination

This new spot refreshes the hustle and bustle in the heart of Central. Split between 3 different atmospheres, it occupies an area of nearly 10,000 square feet. Each floor will feature different thematic concepts and bring scrumptious dishes. The first floor is an elegant fine dining area showcasing exquisite culinary creations and offering a pristine dining experience inspired by the marine universe, showcasing the best of sea products through delicate recipes and various cooking techniques. Casual dining area and bar are located at the ground floor, where guests can fully enjoy the venue throughout the day, from business lunches to afternoon tea in a cozy and elegant setting. During the evening, the ground floor offers signature and classic cocktails in a live music ambiance. The basement is a members-only private club that provides an intimate atmosphere and a tailor-made experience for exclusive dining.

For his first project in Hong-Kong, Mauro Colagreco, has imagined an immersive project, a living space with 3 locations inspired by the beauty of the nearby seas, the waves, and the marine biodiversity. A place imagined for spending different moments of your day and surprising yourself. From the unknown depths of the oceans to the luminous and bright blue surfaces, the whole richness of the marine universe will be accessible to all, through an extensive offer showcasing the best sea products and most innovative cooking techniques.  Notably, Chef Mauro Colagreco has nominated as Executive Cheffe, for this debut project in Hong Kong, one of his disciples who had previously honed her skills at his renowned three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Menton, France. She will carry the DNA of Chef Mauro Colagreco’s culinary vision and is well-equipped, with her expertise and experience, to bring his immersive dining concept to life, showcasing the finest sea products and innovative cooking techniques. “Hong-Kong is a vibrant city, where people cultivate the art of living and are very curious about discovering new art, new cuisine, a new approach to cooking. It has been a challenge to work on this 3 stories restaurant, and I am really looking forward to bringing our first customers into this marine immersion.” Says Director of Culinary Mauro Colagreco.
