Savour a lavish two-course lunch priced at just HK$150 per person, with the option to elevate the meal with a delectable Tiramisu for dessert. Start with the Baccalà Croquette, served with a fragrant herb aioli and Parmesan, or the comforting Leek and Potato Soup. Continue on with a selection of mains, including the Tagliatelle tossed in a spicy sausage ragu with kale, and the sage butter-infused Lemon Sage Chicken, complemented by mushrooms and sweet peas.
At night, Posso transforms into an intimate haven for discerning culinary enthusiasts. Here, an exclusive six-course dinner set menu, priced at HK$350 per person, unfolds. Begin this gastronomic journey with the Crostini, a culinary masterpiece featuring layers of slow-cooked duck, aged duck liver, crispy skin, and a drizzle of moscatel for an extra burst of nuanced flavours. The pinnacle of the dinner menu is embodied in Posso’s handmade pasta and meat offerings. Relish the Bucatini with clams, anchovies, and a rich garlic butter sauce before indulging in Posso’s stunning presentation of Lamb, featuring merguez sausage, grilled eggplant, and a complex miso glaze. End with the classic Cannoli, a dessert that transcends culinary borders by combining osmanthus, rice kasu, ricotta, and cultured butter.
