Enjoy Easter Sunday with Free-flow Brunch and Limited-edition Dessert and Cocktail at LPM Restaurant & Bar

This Easter, LPM Hong Kong invites friends and families to indulge in a fabulous dining experience with its infamous ‘La Vie en Rosé’ Sunday brunch on Easter Sunday and a unique seasonal dessert and cocktail that are perfect for spring celebrations.

The ‘La Vie en Rosé’ brunch is served on Easter Sunday (March 31st) from 12 noon to 5pm. The brunch features a variety of light and refreshing appetizers to begin with including Burrata tartine, Scramble Eggs, and Warm Heirloom Tomato Tart. Then moving on to a choice of one main course with flavourful options made with fresh and seasonal ingredients such as Homemade Mafaldine Pasta with Squid and Prawns, Duck Confit with Orange and Endive, and Charcoal Grilled Red Bream (to share for 2). Guests can also choose a side dish, a dessert and enjoy an impressive free-flow drinks menu.

Prices for the brunch start at HK$688 per person for food, mocktails and juice. Brunch package including food, a refined selection of cocktails and premium Rosé or Champagne start at HK$998 per person.

No Easter celebration is complete without a chocolate treat. The Pastry team at LPM has crafted a one-of-a-kind dessert,The Egg (HK$128), which pays homage to the holiday’s symbol. This delectable creation features layers of praline, smooth chocolate mousse and ganache, as well as luscious passionfruit and mango puree sauces, all crafted in the shape of an egg, and sprinkled with chocolate flakes and honeycomb pieces.

To complement the brunch and dessert, the special Maya L’abeille (HK$128) is a clear highball cocktail carbonated with CO2, poured over a perfectly cut pillar of ice and garnished with a crunchy honeycomb piece. This refreshing drink is a delightful blend of verjus and spiced apple honey with a Ketel One Vodka base, a dash of Angostura bitters is also added to create its aromatic flavour.

The Egg and Maya L’abeille will be available from March 29 to April 14, adding on to LPM Hong Kong’s menu as seasonal treats.

Known to always be abuzz and the place to be seen, LPM will add celebratory beats to the Easter weekend’s proceedings in celebration of Art Basel Hong Kong. On Good Friday (March 29th) and Easter Saturday (March 30th) from 8pm onwards, guests will enjoy two consecutive nights of exclusive live music performances by the charming French Riviera party band The Troubadours, as well as signature dishes and cocktails – all set in the stylish surrounds of LPM Hong Kong. Guests get to select dishes from LPM’s à la carte menu, with a minimum spending of HK$1,088 per person (+10% service charge) on both nights.
