During the eat-cation, guests’ palate will be pampered to the fullest with an exquisite 4-course set dinner highlighting the freshest taste of lobsters at Flint, one of the Top 10% of restaurants worldwide receiving the Tripadvisor Traveler’s Choice Award 2021. The set dinner will start with a warm lobster salad, where the buttery Boston lobster meat will be served with crunchy kohlrabi salad, followed by a rich and decadent lobster bisque. The main will be a lobster linguine, where diners will savour the freshness of the sea, smokiness of chorizos and sweetness of piquillo pepper in every bite; finally, there will be an option of mascarpone chestnut mont blanc or griottines chocolate to serve as the perfect ending of the meal.
