Hanu Korean Dining – Ultimate Korean Beef

The name “HANU” originates from the Korean word “한우,” which means “Korean beef.” The restaurant adopts a trendy and relaxed style, aiming to provide guests with a space where they can enjoy high-quality Korean beef and a variety of Korean dishes.

The limited quantity of Korean beef is subject to strict export control, and the South Korean government evaluates all domestically produced beef before allowing its circulation and sale. The grading of Korean beef is based on both “meat quality” and “meat quantity.” The meat quality is categorized into grades 1++, 1+, 1, 2, and 3, based on the distribution of meat and fat, with 1++ being the highest quality grade, equivalent to A5 grade Wagyu beef.

HANU specializes in the highest-grade 1++ Korean steak set, offering a variety of cuts such as Sirloin, Ribeye and Chateaubriand. Starting from HK$298, the steak sets include soup, unlimited servings of signature Korean banchan, and rice. The Regular K-Steak Set features the sirloin cut, known for its chewy texture and rich, meaty flavor. For those looking for an elevated experience, the Premium K-Steak Set allows customers to savor two different top-grade Korean beef cuts in one meal. The ribeye cut, with its marbling of fat running through the meat, offers a tender, succulent, and sweet flavor, while the Chateaubriand represents the most tender and smooth part of the beef tenderloin.

In addition to the beef options, HANU also provides the Korean pork belly set, catering to friends who prefer pork over beef, allowing them to dine together with the beef enthusiasts.

Besides the signature sets, HANU also offers a variety of à la carte Korean dishes during dinner hours.
