Central’s opulent New York-Italian restaurant, ORO, proudly unveils its captivating new A La Carte menu, masterfully crafted by the seasoned Chef Maguire Yung. Named after the Italian word for “gold” and drawing inspiration from the majestic grandeur of Grand Central Station and the storied Italian-American community of New York, ORO transcends the simple flavors of traditional Italian cuisine with a bold and elevated flair. The restaurant seamlessly blends a refined, welcoming atmosphere with contemporary gilded touches, culminating in a glamorous dining destination that champions opulent dishes and vibrant culinary presentations.

Meet Chef Maguire

At the helm of ORO’s culinary team is Chef Maguire Yung, whose journey began in Hong Kong in 1999. With over 25 years of culinary experience, Chef Maguire has honed his skills at renowned establishments across the city, and his culinary travels across Asia have enriched his repertoire. Working alongside the likes of Italian Chefs Fabiano Palombini and Romeo Morelli, he specialized in traditional Italian cuisine from Piedmont. Now, at ORO, Chef Maguire showcases the freshest seasonal ingredients, creating dishes that are both contemporary and deeply entrenched in Italian-American traditions.
