“Dinner for Two” Menu at Morton’s Showcases Specialist Australian Wagyu

Morton’s The Steakhouse debuts a special “Dinner for Two” menu (HK$1,888 for two), highlighting a special premium cut of steak from Sir Harry Farm in Elbow Valley, Australia, where the cows enjoy a special diet of oranges and grain which provide exceptional flavor and tenderness.

Only available until 17 October, the “Dinner for Two” menu, which is designed for sharing, features a choice of iconic steakhouse salad like Center-Cut Iceberg Wedge or Classic Caesar, before tucking into an impressive 13oz Australian Wagyu New York Strip alongside Twin Petite Lobster Tails and Wild Mushroom Diane Sauce.

Two signature sides can be selected from ions like Truffled Cream Corn, Thick Onion Rings or renowned Lobster Macaroni Shells & Cheese (+HK$248).

Optional desserts include autumnal creations like Seasonal Bread Pudding (+HK$88), Upside Down Apple Pie Sundae (+HK$118) and Salted Caramel Apple Cheesecake with Candied Walnuts (+HK$98).
