This Mother’s Day, Marco Polo Hotels – Hong Kong invites guests to celebrate the extraordinary women in their lives with exquisite culinary journeys. Whether it’s Michelin-level fine dining, indulgent seafood spreads, or gourmet international buffets, each experience is designed to pamper mothers in a setting of warmth, elegance and delicious detail.

From 10 to 11 May, four of the group’s signature dining venues—Cucina, SAVVY, Cafe Marco, and Three on Canton—will offer specially curated menus and heartfelt surprises to create unforgettable moments.

Cucina – A Michelin-Starred Italian Experience

Overlooking the iconic Victoria Harbour, Cucina sets the stage for an unforgettable Mother’s Day with a weekend brunch curated by Michelin-starred guest chef Piergiorgio Siviero. Guests can expect refined Italian creations including a signature seafood tower, a mini duck liver burger with balsamic onion jam, and indulgent mains such as grilled Wagyu beef tenderloin paired with carrot quenelle, lemon and soya sauce, Roquefort and oyster.

As a sweet finale, each mother will be served a complimentary Amedei dark chocolate molten cake with vanilla ice cream.

SAVVY – Premium Seafood and Grilled Indulgence

SAVVY brings a modern twist to family celebrations with two sumptuous dining experiences. The weekend seafood brunch features chilled delicacies such as Boston lobster, clams and mussels, alongside flavourful Western, Indian, and Thai hot dishes.

In the evening, the Seafood Extravaganza Dinner Buffet offers unlimited sashimi, teppan duck liver, and roasted beef, with every mother receiving a beautifully crafted heart-shaped cake to mark the occasion.

Cafe Marco welcomes families to a luxurious buffet experience infused with global and local flavours. The Pasta Medley Lunch Buffet features lobster pasta, mussel linguine and prawn fettuccine, alongside double-boiled soups and chilled seafood.

In the evening, the Imperial Gourmet Treasures Dinner Buffet highlights dishes such as braised fish maw and abalone, typhoon shelter prawns, and spicy braised chicken. All mothers will receive a special treat of sea cucumber with dry conpoy during dinner, and peach gum with bird’s nest sweet soup during lunch.

Three on Canton – A European Culinary Affair

At Three on Canton, guests can indulge in a French-inspired Bouillabaisse Lunch Buffet featuring the iconic seafood stew, complemented by garlic bread, shrimp cobb salad, and mussels with saffron and tomatoes.

In the evening, the Spanish Fiesta Dinner Buffet delights with classic paella, garlic prawns, and succulent roasted suckling pig. Every mother dining during dinner will receive a special gift of double-boiled papaya with bird’s nest sweet soup.
