Amanzoe will welcome guests back into the Peloponnese in April 2022 with its guest pavilions, beach cabanas, and villas. With panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and the Aegean Sea, along with an extensive Aman Spa and a private Beach Club, the resort offers new experiences for guests visiting this season.
The Garden Table, is a newly opened al-fresco setting that offers cooking classes and tastings in the resort’s own organic gardens, thanks to a rustic outdoor kitchen with a wood-fired oven. Tended by a team of gardeners, a variety of fruit, vegetables, and herbs are grown on the property throughout the year including tomatoes, courgettes, aubergines, bell peppers, parsley, dill, and mint. Guests can choose from a variety of private dining experiences, private outdoor cooking classes with a tour of the gardens, or cheese, wine, or olive oil tastings. Furthermore, in August 2022, Amanzoe will also celebrate its 10th anniversary with the milestone being marked with a series of events and activities designed for the occasion.
Located on the Grand Canal, Aman Venice offers guests a tranquil retreat in the heart of Unesco-protected Venice. The hotel is housed in one of the gracious palazzos that line this historical waterway. This spring, guests will be able to experience Venice’s rich culture, local cuisine, and vibrant arts scene with new activities, exclusive to Aman Venice. In the first event, An Evening with Chef Norbert, gastronomy enthusiasts have the chance to taste the cuisine of the three-Michelin star chef, Norbert Niederkofler, who will visit Aman Venice on selected dates during the season.
Furthermore, the hotel will also offer the traditional flavors of Japan this season, with a pop-up Teppanyaki Restaurant in the Palazzo Kitchen. Intimate dining with exclusive views of a tranquil private garden, this restaurant boasts an open kitchen where guests will observe chefs grill local meats and seafood. Dishes inspired by Aman Kyoto in Japan, a secret garden retreat in the city’s northern Takagamine district, will also be featured on the menu, providing a taste of Asia in one of Venice’s most opulent Palazzos.
At the heart of San Cassiano, beneath the Dolomites, Rosa Alpina provides unparalleled access to the mountains. It is the ideal base for exploring the region’s natural beauty in the warmer months. Reopening 9th June 2022, the hotel has several brand-new exclusive retreats, designed to encourage reconnection with the pristine outdoors. With professional mountain guides instructing every excursion, guests can enjoy adrenaline-boosting challenges amidst the dramatic rocky spires, flower-filled wild meadows, and verdant larch forests that comprise the Italian mountain range. For the thrill-seekers, and for those seeking a more extreme exploration of the Dolomites, the 4 Peaks Challenge invites guests to participate in the region’s most physically demanding climbing experience in the safe hands of an expert guide. Created by the tourism board, the challenge is intended for expert climbers and allows mountain lovers to completely immerse themselves in the unspoiled nature of the Dolomites.
In a Rosa Alpina first, the 3-night stay includes full-board and a day of training and preparation before embarking on the 4 Peaks Challenge on day three. The adventurous journey will take guests up four rewarding summits with the help of a private guide; Sas dla Crusc – Santa Croce (2,907m); Piza dales Diesc – Cima Dieci (3,026m); Lavarela (3,055m) and Conturines (3,064m). Additionally, those who successfully complete the challenge will earn a place on the challenge’s Wall of Fame and a trophy to mark their status as an Alta Badia Mountaineer.
In the quiet valley of Turkey’s Bodrum Peninsula, Amanruya overlooks a secluded beach and is surrounded by a lush forest reserve. Reopening for the season on 1st April 2022, and inspired by the region’s traditional architecture, the resort’s freestanding Pavilions each offer their own private garden and swimming pool. A new restaurant and bar scene has been added this season to the resort. At the Beach Club, guests can enjoy a theatrical mixology show by skilled mixologists, while at the Poolside Bar, a premium cigar collection offers a relaxing after-dinner experience. In addition, the hotel welcomes a new restaurant, Sushi by Amanruya, which will serve freshly prepared, Japanese-inspired cuisine. There is a choice of indoor seating or al fresco dining amidst the resort’s lush greenery; dishes include hot crispy tempura, temaki (hand-rolled) sushi and sashimi. As part of this season’s partnership program, Amanruya is also partnering with several boutique wineries in the surrounding region. Throughout June and July, they will visit Amanruya to showcase their wines by hosting themed dinners with exceptional wine pairings.
Located near the famous city of Marrakech, Amanjena is a peaceful retreat surrounded by palm trees and olive groves. Its pisé-walled resort includes 40 guest pavilions and maisons, each echoing the style of a sultan’s palace. As spring arrives in the Palmeraie, Amanjena announces a new partnership with LUX Tennis Academy, who will offer private tennis coaching and clinics on the resort’s clay courts. The academy will offer personalised programs according to a guest’s ability and age, conducted by professional ATP and WTA players. Surrounded by the resort’s private gardens, Amanjena’s new Petanque Court will give guests of all ages the chance to experience this classic garden game in a friendly competition.
Additionally, the resort offers new dining options, such as a pizza oven in the sun-dappled olive grove. As part of the al fresco experience in this atmospheric setting, wood-fired pizzas will be served, made with the freshest of ingredients and ranging from the classic Pizza Margherita to the Pizza Essaouira, with tomato, mozzarella, fresh sardines, black olives, and oregano, offering a taste of the Moroccan coast. In 2022, Amanjena’s Teatime will also be themed around the traditional cuisine of Japan. The daily afternoon tea will include spicy edamame, fresh sushi, matcha cheesecake, eclairs with yuzu, lemon, and chocolate, and sesame rolls.
