Meet Chef Maguire
At the helm of ORO’s culinary team is Chef Maguire Yung, whose journey began in Hong Kong in 1999. With over 25 years of culinary experience, Chef Maguire has honed his skills at renowned establishments across the city, and his culinary travels across Asia have enriched his repertoire. Working alongside the likes of Italian Chefs Fabiano Palombini and Romeo Morelli, he specialized in traditional Italian cuisine from Piedmont. Now, at ORO, Chef Maguire showcases the freshest seasonal ingredients, creating dishes that are both contemporary and deeply entrenched in Italian-American traditions.
