A Tempting Valentine’s Day Feast at Morton’s The Steakhouse

Morton’s The Steakhouse offers up a romantic three-course dinner menu this Valentine’s Day. For HK$1,388 (+ 10% service charge per person), couples can be sure to delight in beloved Morton’s dishes alongside new sophisticated additions as part of a thoughtfully curated three-course indulgence, available from 10-14 February.

Set the mood with Morton’s Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, Lobster Bisque, moreish Jumbo Lump Crab Cake with Truffle Soft Poached Egg, or the 5J Iberico Ham Salad made with the finest and freshest ingredients.

Three steak entrées are available as part of the special Valentine’s Day menu. The choices are a generous 19 oz Chateaubriand for two (advanced reservation required), tender 7 oz American Wagyu Filet Mignon with Foie Gras Rossini or flavorsome 16 oz Center-cut Prime Ribeye. For pairs looking for an oceanic treat, indulge in a two pound Whole Baked Maine Lobster (+HK$150, advanced reservation required) or a sumptuous Ora King Salmon with Caviar White Wine Butter Sauce.

No visit to Morton’s is complete without one of their coveted sides. Parmesan and Truffle Fries, Lyonnaise Potatoes, Grilled Jumbo Asparagus or Sautéed Wild Mushrooms and Creamed Spinach are all equally irresistible and perfect for sharing over the most romantic weekend of the year.

A charming date night is not complete without something sweet. Couples can indulge in a decadent Dessert Platter for Two featuring a Heart Shaped New York Cheesecake, golden-topped Crème Brûlée, Chocolate Dipped Strawberries and Chocolate Mousse Cup.
