Morton’s The Steakhouse is offering the Empire Steak Dinner for two, priced at HK$1,288. Available from 6 January to 13 February 2025, this special three-course meal is perfect for a romantic night or a celebration.
Start your meal with a choice of three salads, including the classic Iceberg Wedge Salad. Want something extra? Upgrade to Lobster Bisque (+HK$100) or Maine Lobster Ravioli (+HK$148).
The star of the menu is the 28 oz. Bone-In New York Strip, served with Truffle Au Jus and Roasted Shallots. Add Mini Crab Cakes (+HK$128) or upgrade your steak to Oscar Style (+HK$148), which comes with crab, asparagus, and béarnaise sauce. Choose from Morton’s signature sauces like Cognac Au Poivre, Truffle Butter, or Blue Cheese Butter.
Complete your meal with two sides, such as Creamed Spinach, Parmesan & Truffle Fries, Truffled Cream Corn, or Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes.
