The afternoon tea has infused with an array of seasonal ingredients and fruits such as figs, pears, cinnamon, blood oranges, and more to create an enchanting assortment of savoury and sweet delicacies that perfectly capture the essence of autumn.
Guests can commence with the luscious and juicy Peach on Ice to awake the taste buds. Incorporated with premium Japanese peaches from Okayama, known for their sweetness, the fruit is served with ice to offer a cool sensation. One of the highlights among the savoury items is the Foie Gras Choux Puff, skilfully blending the richness of foie gras with the sweetness of figs, evoking a true taste of autumn.
