And after a remarkable year of challenges and growth, in which Hongkongers adjusted to venues changing from Category A to B to C and beyond, guests are invited to discover Pirata Group’s self-styled ‘Category X’ restaurants. La Favorita | Theatrical Trattoria
Prepare for an X-travagant Italian Christmas feast featuring a parade of dramatic dishes that up the ante on dining theatrics. Highlights from festive brunches and dinners include Vitello Tonnato Della Domenica with tender veal, silky tuna mayo and large Sicilian capers; La Grande Burrata 300gr – an enormous ball of creamy, juicy, sweet curd with Sicilian tomatoes and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil; Cheese Wheel Al Tartufo with tubetti pasta coated in truffle sauce, rolled tableside in a giant cheese wheel, and showered with fresh black truffle shavings; Lobster Tagliatelle featuring a whole fresh lobster, deep lobster bisque, cherry tomato, and basil; and a show-stopping Sorrento Lemon Sorbet with lemon curd and crumble, served inside an actual Amalfi lemon.

Relish X-traordinary artistry within Honjokko’s elegant and sumptuous interiors. Watch sushi artisans at work. Bathe in the amber glow of paper umbrella lights and walls hand painted with avian and floral motifs. Celebrate the holidays with a gourmet feast featuring Japanese ingredients and techniques taking on global influences.
Menu highlights including Madai Truffle Kombu with cured sea bream and an intriguing black truffle soy; delicate Wagyu Beef Tataki punched up with shishito pepper, chorizo oil and toasted rice; Festive Sushi Platter with nigiri, gunkan, maki and Scottish Rock oysters; and an assortment of hearty hot dishes including a tender, unctuous and satisfying Pork Belly; grilled fish such as Barramundi or Salmon; irresistible, golden Tempura in various, unexpected iterations including corn or broccolini; and Honjokko’s parade of tempting desserts such as Kuzu & Rice Mochis and Baby Peach, Nashi & Sudachi Sorbet.

TMK Funk & Rolls | Good Times Temakeria
This festive season, you don’t need an excuse to be X-tra extra! Take a trip down retro lane. Slide across a neon-lit dance floor before being welcomed into a groovy lounge decorated with inviting couches, Soul Train-era posters, and wall-to-ceiling vinyl records.
Get funky with shared starters, including a chicken thigh Karaage coated in spicy yogurt and coriander, that’s the talk of the town; the signature TMK Cabbage Salad with piquant yuzu mayo; and Salmon or Wagyu tataki. A Sushi platter is next, with perfect slices of tuna, hamachi, salmon or scallops; followed by handrolls that dare guests to double-fist Salmon Avocado, Hamachi Tomato, Seared Scallop or Wagyu Beef. Disco. Big hair. Free love! From 22:00 on 31 December to 02:00 on 1 January, join our marathon disco-fest Disco Under the Stars New Year’s Eve. X-press your euphoria and feel the good vibes with DJ music, free-flowing drinks, mini-sandwiches, sweets, and champagne from 22:00 to midnight.
Wish 2021 peace, love and granola as you say “What’s Crackin?” to 2022. No better place to shake that groove thing than at one of Hong Kong’s hottest, most expansive outdoor garden terraces, which will be transformed into a boogie wonderland for this once-in-a lifetime party.
