BEDU introduces refreshing new Middle Eastern-inspired dips and dishes to their menus this summer

Everyone’s favourite hidden neighbourhood gem, BEDU has updated its menus to bring guests some refreshing new Middle Eastern-inspired dips and dishes to share this summer.

The A la Carte menu has been revitalised for the season with a selection of new summer menu items along with some BEDU favourites. Guests can enjoy some new deliciously healthy Greens including Salt Baked Local Carrots with lime, sumac and sheep’s milk cheese and a picturesque Beetroot Basturma, with caramelised whey and pine nuts. Two hearty Land & Sea options, Truffle Duck Tagine with pistachio and egg, and Marinated New Zealand Green Mussels with charcoal harissa and local lettuce have also been added, giving guests a unique take on Middle Eastern flavours.

Their popular Set Lunch is the perfect midday pick-me-up with a starter and main for just $220/person. Guests can choose from three delicious starters to share with a new addition of the Three Yellow Chicken Mousse, with saffron mustard and pickled apple. The mains include something for everyone with a Roasted Local Eggplant paired with hummus and couscous salad, Charred Chermoula Chicken with pickled chilli, tabouli and lemon, and a Garlic Prawn Mujaddara with fennel, chilli and caramelised onions.

No weekend is complete without a brunch and BEDU’s extensive Brunch Menu has diners covered for just $410/person. The set includes five mezzes to share including Smoky Hummus and Beetroot Labneh, followed by BEDU’s classic Honey Baked Feta. Guests can also choose from four delicious mains to share between two including the new Eggplant Shakshuka with tomato, leek and an egg. The set brunch also comes with a slice of Daisy’s Honey Cake with pistachio and spiced almond milk to finish.
