Savor your way through re-imagined Hong Kong dishes inspired by the essential pantry staples
Cafe Bau is delighted to unveil its limited-time Festive Menu, a gourmet 7-course culinary journey inspired by an ancient Chinese proverb that designates Firewood, Rice, Oil, Salt, Sauce, Vinegar, and Tea as The Seven Necessities of Life. In line with Cafe Bau’s mission of promoting Hong Kong farm-to-table cuisine, the new Festive Menu tells the story of the essential building blocks of Chinese cuisine that have been used by local households for generations. Cafe Bau’s Festive Menu (HK$1,388 per person) will be exclusively available from 18 December to 1 January. On 24-26, 31 December, and 1 January, only the Festive Menu will be served.
