Celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with Ming Mooncakes and Ming Court Festive Sets

To celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, Cantonese Restaurants, Ming Court – Cordis, Hong Kong, and Ming Court, Wanchai present the new Ming Mooncakes collection meticulously curated by the master chefs.

This year, the teams have created both traditional and contemporary flavours, the White Lotus Seed Paste with Double Egg Yolks Mooncake (4 pieces), Mini Custard with Egg Yolk Mooncake (6 pieces) and the Deluxe Mini Mooncake Assortment (6 pieces) featuring three new flavours to impress connoisseurs, with exceptional ingredients and are gratify for every palate.

The mooncakes are exquisitely presented in an elegant gift box designed by acclaimed illustrator Lingmuki that celebrates the best-loved myths and legends of the Mid-Autumn Festival, these sumptuous mooncakes are a true feast for the senses.

The five mooncake flavours from Ming Mooncakes collection:
· White Lotus Seed Paste with Double Egg Yolks Mooncake: Much coveted for its authentic flavour and finest ingredients, the rich and silky lotus seed paste is combined with two savoury salted egg yolks, offering guests a taste of tradition.
· Mini Custard with Egg Yolk Mooncake: Classic artistry meets high-quality ingredients, featuring silky lava filling with robust notes of custard and salted egg yolk.
· Lava Sesame Mooncake (from Deluxe Mini Mooncake Assortment): The luscious fillings are made with premium black sesame seeds, which are rich and aromatic.
· Lava Egg Custard White Lotus Seed Paste Mooncake (from Deluxe Mini Mooncake Assortment): This modern twist on a classic flavour combines rich lotus seed paste with lava filling, evoking a taste of excellence.
· Red Bean Paste with Mandarin Peel Mooncake (from Deluxe Mini Mooncake Assortment): The creamy red bean paste filling blends perfectly with the aromatic Mandarin peel, providing extra sweetness to this special occasion.
