CHEVAL BLANC COURCHEVEL OPENS ITS DOORS ON 10 DECEMBER 2021

Cheval Blanc Courchevel, which opened in 2006 is at the heart of the French Alps, within the prestigious Jardin Alpin. Designed as an exceptional high-altitude retreat, Cheval Blanc Courchevel is the epitome of ski-in ski-out, with thirty-six rooms and suites that offer direct access to Trois Vallées, the largest ski area in the world, and 3-michelin star restaurant 1947, directed by Yannick Alléno (the only restaurant in Courchevel to be awarded three stars in the Michelin Guide.)  The Spa Cheval Blanc is there to pamper with exclusive treatments from Guerlain, while the children are free to enjoy The Carrousel and The Paddock, places dedicated to having fun, designed just for them.

New for the season: This year the mountain air takes place of honour with the opening of the new terrace concept in front of the slopes: La Terrasse of Cheval Blanc Courchevel. Created around the warmth of the brasero, the new terrace presents a menu by Yannik Alléno, which highlights woodfire cooking and sharing dishes, enhanced by the scent of the embers and the snow-covered mountains.  La Terrasse at Cheval Blanc Courchevel promises a new gastronomic experience in the heart of the mountains.
