With the arrival of autumn, Chilli Fagara is pleased to announce the much-anticipated return of its celebrated Claypot Menu, presenting a selection of seven sizzling claypot dishes available from 2 October to 31 December. This year, the restaurant invites discerning diners to immerse themselves in the comforting allure of its timeless claypot offerings, meticulously crafted to enhance your autumn dining experience, whether you’re a meat lover or a vegetarian.

In keeping with its annual tradition, Chilli Fagara’s latest claypot menu features a selection of refined claypot dishes that embody the deep, resonant flavours and time-honoured essence of Sichuan cuisine. The Sichuan Mixed Mushroom Claypot (HK$228) presents a sophisticated medley of seasonal mushrooms, impeccably braised in a piquant, spicy sauce. For a harmonious blend of textures, theSichuan Pepper Abalone & Chicken Claypot (HK$368) pairs tender abalone with succulent chicken, both enlivened by the distinctive numbing bite of fresh Sichuan peppercorns.

For those seeking heartier fare, the Sichuan Lamb Belly Claypot (HK$398) offers a masterful braise of tender lamb belly, enriched with aromatic spices to deliver a depth of heat and succulence.
