The four-hands dinner menu will feature eight specially crafted dishes, created by Executive Chef Menex Cheung of China Tang Hong Kong (Landmark) and Executive Chef Henry Zhang of China Tang Beijing (WF Central) & Golden Flower Macau, priced at HK$5,280 per person (with a 10% service charge).

China Tang Beijing (WF Central) is located in Building 1 on Wangfujing Street, and its main layout is based on the symmetrical structure of a traditional Chinese courtyard house, drawing inspiration from the Five Elements theory to create a tasteful dining space. The newly appointed Executive Chef Henry Zhang, he became famous at a young age, opening his first restaurant at the age of 19. He took over Golden Flower Macau in 2022 and is currently the Executive Chef of China Tang Beijing (WF Central). His dishes are characterized by the thickness, richness, and freshness, showcasing the essence and charm of Chinese cuisine, and aiming to provide guests with the purest and most delicious Chinese cuisine.
