The highlight of the Christmas Buffet is a tantalizing selection of dishes that showcase both traditional favorites and innovative creations. Indulge in the succulent flavors of the season with the flavourful Traditional Roast Turkey, accompanied by rich turkey gravy and tangy cranberry sauce. For meat lovers, the premium Roast Australian M5 Wagyu Ribeye offers a melt-in-the-mouth experience that is sure to satisfy even the most discerning palates. Vegetable dishes include Teriyaki Brussel Sprouts, Maple Glazed Chestnuts, Roast Carrots, Hazelnuts & Honey, Creamed Spinach and more.
At the heart of the buffet lies the exquisite Raclette Station which will transport guests straight to the Alps. The station also offers irresistible Baked Oysters to complement.

The Astor’s impressive Chilled Seafood selection for Christmas, featuring prawns, mussels, crayfish, oysters, and lobster claw, which are served in rotation. Other selected seafood delicacies include Pan-seared Turbot, Mussels in White Wine Cream Sauce, Pumpkin Crab Meat Risotto, and Spicy and Garlic Deep-fried Oysters. The highlighted dish is the Steamed Live Boston Lobster, which is tender and succulent with a delightful flavor.
