Dr. Fern’s Gin Parlour gives back this holiday season with HK$10 from the sale of every limited-edition festive cocktail set going to Mind HK.
Two limited-edition cocktails get guests into the giving mood and are available in limited quantities from 1 December. Dr. Fern’s Santa’s Toddy with Christmas Gin Jelly (HK$180) is a warm cocktail that evokes all the feelings of a traditional Christmas market stroll. Four Pillars Christmas Gin is combined with a season-appropriate cinnamon and clove syrup, ginger honey, hot water, and lemon juice, ensuring drinkers enjoy an immunity boost whilst sipping their festive tipple.
The colourful Dr. Fern’s Blackberry G&T with Blackberry Gin Jelly (HK$160) pairs inky Tarquin’s British Blackberry Gin with London Essence Rosemary and Grapefruit Tonic.
Only 10 servings of each cocktail are available at the hidden speakeasy which sits in the Landmark basement each day.
