The signature CIAK’s Pizzas are all freshly made daily with 36 hours of natural fermentation then baked to perfection, featuring 6 classic flavours, Prosciutto & Formaggi (HKD $278), classic selection with a combination of savory Parma ham and a blend of rich cheeses ; 5 Formaggi (HKD $268), feature 5 kinds of cheese, Mozzarella, Taleggio, Gorgonzola, Burrata, and Shaved Parmesan, perfect for cheese-lovers. Diners can select 2 Gusti “50/50” and choose 2 flavours and freely create your favourite kind of pizza (HKD $298).
