Cordis, Hong Kong Revs up Nightlife with New Dining Offers

Cordis, Hong Kong unveils new night-time dining offers, inviting local and overseas guests to indulge in the bustling city’s night vibes. From now until 30 November 2023, dine-in patrons can enjoy a special 20% discount on all food and beverages after 9pm at the contemporary restaurant-and-bar, Alibi – Wine Dine Be Social, and the outdoor bar, The Garage Bar which both will be operating till late on weekend, revving up the nightlife of the vibrant Mong Kok area. On 30 October 2023, Art Fatkullin, the bar manager of The Old Man, one of Asia’s 50 Best Bars, will further shake up Alibi with exclusive cocktails while owner of Native Australia Gin, Arnna Grigoriou will present a masterclass with tasting.

Alibi – An Evening with Wine and Food Pairing, Bespoke Cocktails and DJ Live Entertainment

Offering European-Asian cuisine in a laidback ambiance, stylish bar Alibi – Wine Dine Be Social is a perfect hub for casual hangouts with cocktails, wines and music. For light eaters, guests can opt for the Wine and Food Pairing Menuwhich offers an extensive choice of selected Champagne, White and Rose Wine, as well as Red Wine that pair with selected fresh shucked oyster set (available in 3, 6 or 12 pieces), cheese platter (choose from 2, 4 or 6 types), or charcuterie platter respectively. The a-la-carte menu, on the other hand, provides a wider culinary options, such as Symphony of Seafood for two, Locally Sourced Littleneck Clam Meuniere and Organic Free-range Chicken Breast. Cocktail lovers would be able to sip on an irresistible line-up of bespoke cocktails with modern mixology, and even enjoy DJ live entertainment from 8pm on Friday and Saturday, which set to elevate your weekend vibes.The Wine and Food Pairing Menu is available daily from 3pm while the a-la-carte menu is available daily from 11:30am to 10:30pm.

Exclusive Guest Bartending and Masterclass with Tasting at Alibi on 30 October 2023

To stir up the night vibes, Alibi has invited the bar manager of The Old Man, one of Asia’s 50 Best Bars, Art Fatkullin to take over the bar as guest bartender for one night on 30 October 2023, from 7pm to 11pm. As the winner of Diageo World Class Bartender of the Year 2021 for Hong Kong and Macau, Art became a master in mixology working across Russia and Asia. With his dedication to the craft of bartending, he further studied in the international Bartenders Association, which later earned him numerous accolades, including the World Cocktail Championship in 2018 and being selected as Bartender’s Choice in Diageo Wold Class Global Final. Guests could engage in an unforgettable mixology journey where Art would curate innovative cocktails in Alibi. What’s more, guests will be able to join a masterclass with tasting to learn more about gin from Arnna Grigoriou, owner of Native Australia Gin, from 6:30pm to 7pm that evening.

The Garage Bar Adds Hong Kong Local Snack Platter and Free-flow Bubble Bliss to Menu

To fully indulge in the urban city vibes under the moon, the outdoor bar, The Garage Bar at Cordis, would be the perfect spot to chill out in the evening.  Featuring two iconic vintage Citroen vans, the gin bar offers international and local craft beer and mouth-watering food truck favourites.

The newly launched Bubble Bliss offers two-hour free-flowing of selected house sparkling wine, house wines, house spirits, beers and Gin & Tonic, which is served with a delectable snack platter of two choices of French Fries, Chicken Tulips or Prawn Wontons. Priced at HKD498 for two persons, guests could add HKD100 per person to enjoy unlimited pours of selected Champagne for a more bubbly experience.

Another menu highlight is the Hong Kong Local Snack Platter which includes Hong Kong-style Swiss Chicken Wings, Curry Fish Balls with Squid and Radish and Steamed Fish Meat Siu Mai with Spicy Soya Sauce and homemade XO Sauce from Ming Court, the MICHELIN-starred Chinese restaurant in Cordis, Hong Kong. Available daily from 9pm until 30 November 2023, the tantalising local snack platter is priced at HKD108.

The exclusive “Stay Late, Pay Less” 20% discount offer is applicable to dine-in orders of all food and beverage menus in Alibi – Wine Dine Be Social and The Garage Bar after 9pm from now until 30 November 2023. A 10% service charge based on original price will be applied.
