Crème Brûlée Festival 2024 Returns to Double the Joy Celebrating 8 Years of Enjoyment for 2 with Brû Brû!

We are delighted to announce the return of the Paul Lafayet Crème Brûlée Festival for its 8th consecutive year – continuing the tradition of bringing double joy to our beloved customers. From June 4th to June 6th, customers can purchase sets of 10 Crème Brûlée redemption vouchers (value: HKD $500) for the regular price of 5 Crème Brûlée (HKD $250). That means on top of keeping our commitment to maintaining the price of our Signature Crème Brûlée (HKD $50) unchanged for the past 14 years, customers will once more enjoy twice the enjoyment for the price of one (HKD $25 each)! To celebrate the Festival’s 8th Anniversary, Paul Lafayet has partnered with French illustrator Jennifer Bouron to bring your favourite dessert to life! With every purchase of 2 sets of vouchers, customers will have a chance to take home their very own Brû Brû (布布) plush toy keychain (Value: HKD$158); or a Brû Brû (布布) big plush toy cushion (Value: HKD$438) with every purchase of  8 sets of vouchers.  

But wait… what is Crème Brûlée?

Every Paul Lafayet Crème Brûlée is freshly made by hand using high-quality ingredients. Crème Brûlée starts with a base of rich egg yolks combined with cream, sugar, and Madagascan vanilla – one of the most decadent and premium quality ingredients in the world. The mixture is poured into individual ceramic containers before being baked in an oven until firm but slightly jiggly in the centre. Once cooled, each portion receives a thin layer of cane sugar which gets torched until golden brown – giving the Crème Brûlée its signature crunchy top layer. At Paul Lafayet, we insist on torching our custard fresh at the time of order.
