Cucina Launches Sustainable and Organic Menu

From 5 January to 31 March 2025, indulge in Cucina’s six Italian dishes featuring sustainable and organic ingredients, reflecting the restaurant’s dedication to eco-conscious dining. Chef Andrea Delzanno incorporates Ligurian Terre Bormane Bios olive oil, celebrated for its mild and fruity flavor, to elevate each dish.

  • Kaluga Caviar (HK$328): Creamy, golden caviar served with condiments and blinis.
  • Scampi Carpaccio (HK$328): Fresh Italian scampi with avocado, lemon oil, and salmon roe.
  • Salt-Crusted Seabass (HK$528): Aromatic Mediterranean-style seabass stuffed with herbs and lemon.
  • Dry-Aged Porterhouse (HK$1,288): Italian beef dry-aged for 30 days, seasoned with smoked sea salt.
  • Spaghetti Bio (HK$348): Organic clams and baby cuttlefish in a flavorful pasta.
  • Risotto (HK$388): Wild mushrooms and slow-cooked sustainable beef short ribs topped with black truffles.
