Elevated by the palatable bacon, pork loin and herbs stuffing, the sublime layers of the crispy skin, tender meat and opulent fillings will leave you wanting more.  Set an auspicious tone for the upcoming year with an array of propitious temptations including “Lo Hei” Salmon and Abalone Salad*, Roasted Pork Knuckle, Braised Sea Cucumber, Abalone and Mushroom, Golden Prawn and Clams and more. Be prepared for waves of umami from the iconic Freshly Steamed Lobster*, the flavourful Baked Oyster with Miso and Crab Roe, the crispy Deep-fried Soft Shell Crab with Chili Salt, the irresistible Wok-fried Scallop and Coral Clam with Black Bean Sauce and more. The Chinese New Year Lunch Buffet is available from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on 1 – 6 February 2022. It is priced at HK$ 438 per adult and HK$ 238 per child (aged 3-11) on 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 February;  priced at HK$ 368 per adult and HK$ 218 per child (aged 3-11) on 4 February.

The Chinese New Year Dinner Buffet is available from 6:30 p.m. to. 9:30 p.m., priced at HK$ 728 per adult and HK$ 418 per child (aged 3-11). One glass of orange juice or soft drink is included. Guests can add HK$ 78 for a free flow of orange juice, soft drinks and selected draft beer or HK$ 168 for a free flow of orange juice, soft drinks, selected draft beer, red, white and sparkling wines. Delicacies will be served on rotation. * Only available at dinner buffet.
