Our Crab Miso Soup (HKD60), featuring a rich broth made from soft shell crab and white miso, redefines a beloved classic with a fresh and sophisticated twist. The gem-like Sashimi Salad (HKD138) is adorned with an exquisite mix of sashimi, tobiko, and ikura, and is drizzled with a lively spring onion ponzu, making it an irresistible treat.
