Shake Up Your Weekends with Fun Cocktail Workshop and Flavoursome Afternoon Tea

Alibi – Wine Dine Be Social will be hosting DIY cocktail workshops to elevate the Dim Sum Bliss Afternoon Tea experience this October, creating a fun-filled bartending session and a flavourful afternoon for guests. Start your weekend afternoon with the “Dim Sum Bliss” Afternoon Tea (original price: HKD298 for two persons) before the cocktail workshop. Savour an assortment of MICHELIN-starred savouries and autumnal sweet delights, meticulously crafted by the talented culinary team and Executive Pastry Chef Roy Ma.

Following the afternoon tea time, Billy Lau, Bar Manager and Jennifer Ho, Head Mixologist from Alibi will guide guests into the mysterious world of cocktails, introducing them to various spirits and basic bartending techniques. Guests can also enjoy a hands-on demonstration of three DIY cocktails, including two cocktails to savour at Alibi and a bottled cocktail to take home. The bottled cocktail, featuring a customised message tag and a paper gift bag, is perfect for sharing with friends and family.

Available on three selected Saturdays, each 90-minute DIY cocktail workshop is priced at HKD598 for two persons, including two glasses of DIY cocktails and a Dim Sum Bliss Afternoon Tea set for two persons. Each participating guest can also bring home with a complimentary bottled cocktail.

Haunt the Night Away at Alibi’s Halloween Carnival

As Halloween approaches, Alibi – Wine Dine Be Social is going to transform into a Halloween Carnival from 21 to 31 October 2024. Guests will be welcomed with a spooky-themed drink, setting the mood for a haunting experience. The night will grow even more chilling as the guests sip on four photogenic Don Julio Tequila-infused cocktails inspired by Halloween, crafted by Alibi’s professional mixologist team.

More festivities await guests at Alibi for a spine-tingling Friday night on 25 October, featuring a Halloween-themed DJ music performance and complimentary face painting. Capture all the fun with our instant camera, ensuring guests leave with lasting memories. For one-night only, guests who dress up in their bewitching Halloween costumes and share their moment at Alibi on Instagram by tagging @cordishk and #DonJulioHK along with the location tag “Alibi – Wine Dine Be Social” can enjoy a free second cocktail. Additionally, three guests will be voted for the best outfits and will receive a complimentary afternoon tea set at Alibi – Wine Dine Be Social on the next visit.
