Fall into The Optimist’s Treasures, Tapas Brunch and Sherry Dinner this Autumn

This Autumn, the crew at The Optimist is sailing full steam ahead with a treasure trove of brand new offerings. From midweek escapes to weekend indulgences, get ready to embark on a culinary adventure like no other.

First up, mark your calendars for the new monthly Sherry Dinner series. This lovingly composed experience is a love letter to Spain, featuring a lavish 5-course dinner by Executive Chef Antonio Carlos Martin Moran, expertly paired with tipples from Gonzales Byass, a prestigious sherry bodega headquartered in Jerez.

An evening you won’t find anywhere else in Hong Kong, discover and enjoy a Palo Cortado, Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez, amongst others – all in one night, from a renowned Spanish winery with a history spanning almost 200 years.

Happening every first Wednesday of the month from 2 October onwards, this gastronomic journey priced at HKD538 celebrates the rich history of sherry. Tables open from 18:00.

Weekends at The Optimist are about to get even more indulgent with the Spanish Tapas Buffet Brunch priced at HKD498. This experience offers guests all-you-can-eat pintxos, free-flowing oysters, Spanish cold cuts, cheeses, and more. After luxuriating in this abundant buffet, guests then pick from a selection of irresistible main courses with highlights such as pork ribs, beef tenderloin, The Optimist’s famous juicy lobster rice, and more. Available Sundays and Public Holidays with tables open from 12:00.

Whilst this new tapas buffet brunch offers a lavish feast, Flexi Brunch is now also available for when you’re with a group of friends and loved ones with varying appetites and dietary needs, and for even when you’re just simply short on time and prefer something more concise. Flexi Brunch offers a la carte options to ensure everyone feels included. Whether guests are in for a quick bite or wanting to enjoy a leisurely brunch, everyone is more than welcome. Available Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays with tables open from 12:00.

Due to popular demand, the “Pirata Treasures” menus are extending until 15 October with Dinners starting from HKD378 and Lunches from HKD178. The perfect opportunity to try a bite of all our cuisines, at incredible value. Tuesdays are all about the G&T World Tour, where guests can explore a selection of classic and premium gin & tonics starting at just HKD198 for a 90-minute free-flow.
