The six-course meal includes Sweet Prawn Tartare, Foie Gras Duo and Spinach Veloute. For the entrée, choose between the umami-packed Steam Murray Cod with black mussel, jellyfish, celtuce and ponzu, and the juicy Stuffed Suckling Pig with boudin noir, chou farci, pickled mustard and pork jus. Finally, let the stunning Strawberry & Raspberry Coulis conclude your evening on a sweet note.

The menu is priced at MOP $2,688* for two persons, including two glasses of Gosset Grand Rosé Champagne. Guests can enjoy one bottle of Gosset Grand Rosé Champagne for an additional MOP $988*.

Culinary Fusion and Celestial Romance at Lai Heen

Speaking of a match made in heaven, Lai Heen, The Ritz-Carlton, Macau’s famed Chinese fine dining stalwart, is known for its innovative fare that perfectly marries Chinese culinary traditions and European techniques. The Celestial Romance Dinner, exclusively available on Valentine’s Day, is an eight-course menu that reimagines Cantonese cuisine with a modern sensibility. With highlights including Roasted Suckling Pig with Caviar, Sautéed Prawns with Pineapple and Hawthorn Sauce, and Fried Rice with Braised Sea Cucumber and Iberico Pork, it’s a spectacular gastronomic journey showcasing some of the restaurant’s greatest hits and new creations. The marvelously unique Sweetened Melon Soup with Fungus Candied Crispy Fuji Apple makes for an extra memorable coda to the meal.
