Hong Kong’s dining destination, aqua, presents its first-ever Night Brunch – every Saturday this September. Radiating in electric blue vibes, treat yourself to the ultimate after-dark experience of Japanese and Italian culinary delights with free flow champagne and sake.
Kickstart the evening with a medley of unlimited starters, featuring veal tonnato, octopus salad, chicken yakitori, and an array of sushi, maki, sashimi, and oysters; followed by specialty dishes such as Paccheri pasta alla Norma and Roasted chicken “Cacciatora”, for sweet indulgence, guests are treated to aqua’s signature dessert platter.
The first-of-its-kind Night Brunch is bound to captivate the city’s sophisticated socialites and night owls. With limited seating available, pre-book in advance to avoid disappointment. Indulge in a tapestry of Italian and Japanese flavours, rousing beats from aqua’s DJ’s, and bottomless drinks served under Hong Kong’s night sky and alongside the harbour – it’s time to devour, dance, and feel electric.
