With a newly renovated space located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, Gaylord’s limited-edition tasting menu showcases a variety of authentic yet elevated Indian classics, put together by India’s favourite Master Chef.
Gaylord’s tasting menu is priced at HK$358 per person for the vegetarian tasting menu and HK$448 per person for the non-vegetarian tasting menu, with a wine pairing option for an additional HK$188. Guests can expect to indulge in a wide variety of Gaylord’s signature dishes along with Chef Kapoor’s elevated regional delicacies, each carefully crafted with the freshest ingredients and spices to ensure an unforgettable dining experience.
