Google Maps teams up with Nicholas Tse to showcase his favorite Hong Kong locations
o celebrate its 20th birthday, Google Mapsteamed up with one of Asia’s most popular multi-hyphenate artists, Nicholas “Chef Nic” Tse, to curate a list of his favourite places to eat in Hong Kong named “Chef Nic’s Choice”. Tse’s handpicked Maps list invites locals and tourists to explore Hong Kong’s unique culinary culture through his eyes and palate. And since he’s also preparing for his first solo concert after a 25-year hiatus, Tse included a concert warm-up music playlist for his fans to enjoy in the Maps list.
Nicholas Tse shared: “Google Maps has always been my trusted companion for travel. It not only helps me navigate and customize my routes, but it also helps me discover local food and attractions. I’m thrilled to collaborate with Google Maps on its 20th anniversary and share my favourite Hong Kong restaurants with friends worldwide through the new Shared List Feature in Hong Kong. I hope to inspire everyone to explore this ‘food paradise’. Feel free to save my Maps list and check out the notes I jot down for each spot – and maybe we’ll see each other there!”
