This holiday season, LANDMARK is launching a brand-new charity-driven holiday celebration, empowered by Hongkong Land HOME FUND. From November 192023 to January 12024, LANDMARK’s Christmas campaign is set to highlight a spectacular installation at LANDMARK Atrium, featuring Mount Santa Paws —a gigantic snow-covered Polar Bear Mountain ski resort with over 100 animals and festive friends and12 exhilarating attractions of interactive experiences, complete with an abundance of food and beverage offerings within the dining destinations at LANDMARK.

To celebrate with delightful holiday indulgences, 11 food and beverage establishments across LANDMARK will showcase one or more unique creations during the promotional period for the arcade’s festivities at iconic locations, including CAFÉ LANDMARK, Le Salon de Thé de Joël Robuchon, CIAK – In The Kitchen, RISE by Classified, MAK MAK, China Tang, AMI, Dr Fern’s, MOXIE, The Baker & The Bottleman, and CREW.

CAFÉ LANDMARK

CAFÉ LANDMARK offers the perfect vantage point to enjoy the view of Mount Santa Paws. The popular eatery is also home to the Winter’s Magic Afternoon Tea Set, featuring treats including Christmas Tree Vol-au-Vent (with crabmeat and salmon roe); Santa Claus Brownie with Strawberry, as well as a choice of beverages such as the limited-edition Christmas Caramel Chocolate with Marshmallows or Winter Cappuccino.

Each tea set comes with a delightful surprise of one random wooden ornament featuring the adorable friends of Mount Santa Paws.*

RISE by Classified is warming up the holidays with a series of Christmas drinks. The Poinsettia is a mocktail, where a cranberry base is infused with blueberry muffin-flavoured tea, with a green sugared rim for the holiday touch. Two festive gin-based cocktails add a boozy touch to the holidays. Christmas Wonderland pairs gin with sparkling wine, while Snow Angel is a snowy surprise with aromatic botanicals matched with sweet almond aroma. Alternatively, the health-conscious can opt for a warming Purple Potato and Sesame Latte.

China Tang

China Tang will feature chef Menex Cheung’s creative dessert “Christmas Paws” in the shape of an adorable polar bear, drawing inspiration from the Christmas décor at LANDMARK. Chef Menex skillfully uses creamy Hokkaido 4.3 milk to create a smooth outer layer, enveloping a selected combination of precious Indonesian bird’s nest and fresh honeycomb to create a unique texture and rich flavours for this delightful treat.

AMI

Esteemed restaurant AMI will showcase unique cocktail and dessert creations to celebrate Christmas this year. The Snowman cocktail is made using vanilla-infused vodka, cinnamon syrup, coconut puree, fresh cream, and a hint of mint to capture the essence of the holiday season in a glass. Whilst the Black Forrest dessert is a decadent chocolate sponge cake layered with luxurious cherry compote, delicately infused with Kirsch and topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

The Arcane Collective’s MOXIE is offering two seasonal desserts, including the classic Pavlova with a twist topped with kiwi, vanilla and strawberry powder to showcase the colours of Christmas; and the Festive Fruit Cake, a reinvention of the classic fruit cake, with warming sweet spices that add depth to a cake richly accented with candied oranges and local strawberries, and a touch of liquor to balance the sweetness.
