The restaurant offers a 15-course tasting menu, beginning with city-inspired martinis in a retro cocktail bar before moving through a mirrored room to clear the mind. Priced at THB 5,300++ per person inclusive of a welcome complimentary sparkling wine for each guest, this meticulously curated 11-course tasting menu invites guests on a sensory journey that celebrates global cuisine through fun textures, new flavor combinations and ingredients from around the world, not limited to any nationality or cuisine. Highlighted dishes such as Caviar & Tuna Tartare, 48-Month Cured Black Label Iberico, and Alaskan King Crab.
