Introducing Posso’s Duetto Dinners: Breaking Boundaries, Creating Magic

Embracing the vibrant traditions of Italian cicchetti, Posso introduces its one-of-a-kind Duetto Dinners, an exclusive series of four-hands style collaborations, where small plates and shared dishes foster an atmosphere of togetherness and break through the conventional norms of cuisine. Led by Posso’s visionary Chef Max Wong, these collaborative dinners bring together esteemed culinary figures from across the city, culminating in 10 exquisite courses. Blending his Chinese heritage with Italian culinary techniques, Chef Max joins forces with the city’s top cuisiniers, Posso’s Duetto Dinners promise to be an exploration of diverse flavours, innovative techniques, and the joy of shared meals.

Slated for 14 and 15 May, the inaugural Duetto Dinner session, priced at HK$950 per person, features an exclusive collaboration between Chef Max Wong and celebrity Chef Rania Hatoum of RH Fine Dining and TARTE by RH. This special event unfolds over two evenings, with two sessions each night at 6pm and 8pm, providing guests with multiple opportunities to relish this extraordinary experience. It’s an exclusive opportunity for diners to savour Chef Rania’s premium, ingredient-focused creations outside of her highly sought-after private kitchen, offering a rare glimpse into her self-taught French-inspired culinary expertise and innovative approach to fine dining.

The evening commences with a trio of Chef Rania’s iconic Tartes, each lavishly adorned with a different assortment of luxurious ingredients such as Matsuba crab, caviar, and ikura. Guests can anticipate both chefs’ interpretations of Scallop en Croute. Paying homage to Posso’s Italian-inspired specialty, handmade pastas including Lobster Casarecce and fragrant Black Truffle Carbonara take centre stage. Accompanied by a range of exquisite proteins, from the fresh Poached Yellowtail and the fork-tender Beef Tenderloin, to Chef Rania’s signature Golden Bowl for an additional price of HK$580, brimming with gourmet ingredients including A4 Kagoshima wagyu, Hokkaido uni, Kaviari Ossetra caviar, embellished with generous shavings of 18k gold flakes. To elevate the experience further, guests can opt for either the standard wine pairing for HK$450 or the premium wine pairing, priced at HK$650.

Following this stellar debut, Posso will welcome Chef Fred Sistelo from Mr. Wolf for an intimate yet impressive European gastronomic affair on 19 June. With two seatings at 6pm and 8pm, priced at HK$950 per person, this collaboration promises another unforgettable dining experience, celebrating the fusion of culinary creativity.
