Bespoke mocktails partnering Lyre’s Spirit Co at H Queen’s, Central
La Petite Maison Embraces Dry January with Non-Alcoholic Cocktails and Fresh Dining Delights
La Petite Maison (LPM), the French Riviera-inspired gem at H Queen’s Central, is celebrating the tradition of Dry January with a vibrant new non-alcoholic cocktail menu. From January 4-31, guests can savor six creative, alcohol-free elixirs crafted in partnership with Lyre’s, a leading non-alcoholic spirits specialist.
Limited-Edition Cocktails (HK$98 each):
- The Tomati-NO: A zesty twist on the Bloody Mary with ripe Campari tomatoes, tomato juice, white balsamic, and black pepper.
- Nogroni Sbagliato: A sophisticated blend of Lyre’s Aperitif Rosso, Italian Spritz, Classico, Earl Grey, and gentian root.
- L’Orgeat: Creamy decadence featuring Lyre’s Amaretti, almond milk, and lemon zest.
- Rosé Champagne Colada: A tropical treat with Lyre’s Spiced Rum, Classico, 0% Rosé Wine, coconut, and pineapple cordial.
- London Mule: A fizzy blend of Lyre’s London Dry, kaffir lime, ginger, and oat.
- Mid Roast Fizz: A bold mix of Lyre’s Amaretti, single-origin coffee, and citrus foam.
“We invite guests to celebrate meaningful moments with creativity and quality ingredients at the fore,” said LPM Global Bar Manager Tibor Krascsenics.
Enhanced Brunch Menu
LPM’s revamped ‘LA VIE EN ROSÉ’ Brunch menu features lighter, healthier options:
- Starters: Burrata Toast with Wild Mushrooms, Avocado Dip with Olive Crackers, and Caesar Salad with Quail Eggs.
- Mains: Grilled Bream Fillet with brown butter sauce, Lemon Risotto with prawns, and Casarecce Pasta with tomato and chili.
- Dessert: Greek yogurt with berries and granola.
“With seasonal ingredients and lighter dishes, we aim to refresh appetites and bring a vibrant start to 2025,” shared Chef Yahya Sarir.
Couronne des Rois
From January 6-21, LPM introduces the traditional French King Cake, a puff pastry filled with malt barley praline and decorated with candied fruit—a nod to Epiphany celebrations dating back to the Middle Ages.
