Guests can look forward to an exceptional fusion of tradition and innovation as Chef Piergiorgio showcases his sophisticated and vibrant Italian creations with Cucina Chef de cuisine Andrea Delzanno.

Chef Piergiorgio’s illustrious career includes tenures at Kulm Hotel St. Moritz in Switzerland as well as at the Grand Hotel et de Milan and Michelin one-starred Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia in Italy. He also worked alongside renowned chef Alain Ducasse at the Michelin three-starred Le Louis XV at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo. Today, he helms the Michelin one-starredLazzaro 1915 in Pontelongo, Italy.

Chef Piergiorgio’s signature dishes will be served at Cucina from 7 to 11 May. A four-course tasting dinner priced at HK$888 per person will be available alongside an à la carte menu during lunch and dinner periods. Guests are invited to experience Chef Piergiorgio’s Italian masterpieces served alongside stunning views of Victoria Harbour.
Chef Piergiorgio will craft a series of special dishes during his five-day residency at Cucina. Among the highlights is the hamachi, almond milk mayonnaise, lemon, and seaweed. This simple yet delicate appetiser features fresh yellowtail with velvety almond milk mayonnaise, zesty lemon, and seaweed for depth. Another star dish is the baked pasta with mollusk and crustacean, rocket and wine reduction sauce, prawn powder – an innovative and delightful dish that celebrates the bountiful flavours of the sea.
