Ming Court, the MICHELIN-starred Cantonese restaurant at Cordis, Hong Kong, has once again joined forces with the esteemed French crystal brand, Lalique, to present a culinary masterpiece inspired by Lalique’s capivating Iconics Rose Nebula collection, reflecting a blend of tradition and innovation that echoes Lalique’s artistic vision.

Lalique’s Iconics Rose Nebula collection, characterised by its ethereal beauty and intricate design, serves as the muse behind this culinary journey. Chinese Executive Chef of Ming Court, Li Yuet Faat, known for his masterful culinary skills and attention to detail, has meticulously crafted a sumptuous menu, with each gourmet dish mirroring the essence of the Iconics Rose Nebula collection while also reflecting the elegance and artistry synonymous with Lalique, bringing a touch of sophistication to the dining experience at Ming Court. To elevate the presentation of this menu, the exclusive Lalique-themed private dining room in Ming Court will be set with exquisite crystal masterpieces and tableware hailing from Lalique’s signature collection, complemented by themed pink tablecloths.
